The EU and EIB say three Ukrainian vocational colleges in Kyiv, Dnipro and Volyn will receive over €24 million of EIB financing, part of a €58 million programme backed by an EU guarantee under the Ukraine Investment Framework. Ukrainian ministries, regional administrations and the colleges have signed agreements enabling the financing, and works are planned for 2027-2028.
