Conversation with Interim President of the Republic of Mali Assimi Goita
2026-10-30 · head of government
Putin says bilateral ties are developing, with trade gaining momentum though volumes remain modest, an intergovernmental commission working since last year, Malian student scholarships raised to 300 for 2026–2027, and six Russian language centres in Mali. Goita thanks Putin for the invitation and describes the friendship between the two countries as continuing to develop.
