The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that Saudi Arabia and Russia signed a mutual visa exemption agreement, signed by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. It allows visa-free stays of up to 90 days within a year for tourism, business, or visiting relatives and friends, across diplomatic, special and regular passports; work, study, residency and Hajj still require special visas.
