The Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine selected Podilski Tovtry, Holosiivskyi and Kuialnytskyi national nature parks as pilot sites of the UNDP Biodiversity Finance Initiative, aimed at strengthening their financial capacity. BIOFIN specialists visited two of the parks in September and October 2026 and discussed development priorities, needs, financial constraints and investment opportunities.
